Delivery with pickup from
Henri Coanda International Airport Bucharest
The “Delivery with Airport Pickup” service is available on the bestvalue.eu website only for the products marked accordingly.
After placing the order, the chosen products are reserved and delivered to the Pick-Up Point, an area dedicated to picking up online orders, located in the BestValue Plaza store in the International Departures Terminal of Otopeni Airport, from Cashier No. 1, located near boarding gate No. 13.
1. Order payment
Payment for the products ordered using the “Airport Pickup Delivery” service will be made personally by the customer when picking up the products from the Pick-Up Point.
The order will be paid in Euro or RON, by card or cash.
The service is free and does not involve any additional costs from the customer.
2. Order delivery
Orders placed before noon, i.e. 12:00, will be picked up within 3 working days, at the Pick-Up Point, and those after 12:00 can be picked up within 4 working days.
3. Order cancelation
Orders placed using the airport pick-up service are kept for 7 working days at the Pick-Up Point in the BestValue Plaza store at Henri Coanda International Airport Bucharest.
Orders that are not picked up by the customer within 7 working days are automatically cancelled.
